Fibre cable installation

I am waiting to be contacted by Sky/Openreach to arrange the external fit for my broadband.
currently I have no tv or internet at home.
the internal fit has been completed.
I work Tuesday to Friday, but am home Saturday to Monday.
I am living alone, so find it very isolating with no tv or internet and am disappointed this is taking so long.
I spoke to an engineer Friday who was in the area but I was at work. Since then I've heard nothing.
can someone please get in contact to arrange the next visit please.

External work is in a duct or on a pole: Sky doesn't do duct work at all, and has only a very small number of its own personnel qualified to touch Openreach poles.

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.
