I live in Ireland. The date for installation is late next week and I wanted to speak to them before they send engineer out as we have external insulation. I signed up online so have not yet spoken to a real person and I have been left waiting on telephone line for 20 to 40 minutes before I had to give up. I just want to know if it will be an issue.
