<title>topic Constant dropping of connection in Broadband</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Constant-dropping-of-connection/m-p/5385015#M596021</link>
<description>Im a new sky customer and have been having issues for 5 days since I tried to get my connection working. Have been on to sky for almost an hour 2 days ago and again today and had an engineer who all tell me the connection is live and working but the router keeps dropping to flashing orange and then no light and then solid orange to green every 5 or 10 minutes. Any suggestions other than turn it off and on again and take the cables out and put them back in as this is all I am being offered by Sky telephone support currently?</description>
