Technical fault with channel

On normal tv channels there is a message at the top of the screen that's says please wait for your programme to load then it changes to there is a technical fault with this channel and it goes to the Home Screen but I can still hear the programme playing then I flicks back on and then off again

I've turned tv off and on again and I've turned WiFi off and on again and nothing is working
