      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;had e mail from the sky e mail contact address to say my sky broadband service changing next year and need to upgrade for free. I spoke to sky and they said not from them snd service no changing!! is it a fake or does the left hand have no idea what right one is doing!!!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It could well be from Sky as they are upgrading customers to Sky Fibre if you are currently on a copper line to your property as you can read about here:&lt;/P&gt;
