      <title>Sky Hub 4.2 speed at source</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So broadband has always been good we have full fibre and never any issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However in the last week the speed even if close to the router has dropped to around 12mpbs (from our usual 200-300) at the hub.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The line in seems good and connected though neither router and speeds were the similar to our usual.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;does this mean that the hub is worn, broken not working correctly and needs replacement or is it something else. The network runs on both frequencies&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thabsk all&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3296795"&gt;@WelshCottage&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;when the hubs have issues the WiFi fails totally rather than slows down. &amp;nbsp;Assuming nothing new has been placed on or near the hub I would reboot the unit. If it still misbehaves give Sky a call&lt;/P&gt;</description>
