topic Installation engineers visit cancelled in Broadband

Hi, New customer here.

I'm switching to sky on Monday, I have the streaming box, the hub is arriving today, and Openreach are due on Monday, but when I track my order on my account, the engineers visit for monday is showing as 'cancelled' I'm worried. When I try to look for help I just get the virtual assistant which isn't very helpful. Is this normal? Are you meant to install it yourself?

Are you already a fibre customer on a different network because if so you can install the hub yourself.

I'm currently with Virgin and they use different lines.

It's now showing another engineer visit, so I think it'll be OK,

Thanks for your reply.
