topic Internet Router Problem in Broadband

The router is not working properly and the internet connection keeps dropping unexpectedly. The apps on my TV stop working, but when I connect the TV to my mobile phone’s internet, everything works perfectly.

When I connect the TV back to the Sky router, it doesn’t work properly. It works for a short while, then stops, then starts working again, and stops again.

The internet connection from the router is clearly not working as it should. I would therefore appreciate it if you could send me a replacement router or arrange for someone to come and install a new one

The quickest way is by calling 150 free from your Sky Talk landline when the phone lines reopen in the morning (if the landline is still working).
