      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, since my new wifi instillation my service has been appalling- despite the booster. Please can you look into those? It's been since you reinstalled it. When it was with sky (open reach) my wi Fi was great. It's terrible now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please get back to me with next steps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dee&lt;/P&gt;</description>
