Since Thursday 24th September 2026 I have had to check and restart my sky WiFi hub as the signal to my various devices kees dropping out. This has caused great disruption and annoyance as I have been trying to upload files/documents for a new job. I have done the tests on here and it says it is all fine but it most certainly is not.

@Sticky13

A poor signal is something that can cause this so try going through this to see if it helps:

https://www.sky.com/help/broadband/my-broadband-speed/improving-wi-fi-signal-to-my-devices/articles/improve-the-wi-fi-signal-to-your-devices

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account at about £6 per month then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

The first one can be self installed while a second and third will require an engineer visit.

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

Alternatives are homeplugs or your own mesh network.
