topic Internet not working in Broadband

Since Wednesday 23rd September our internet from open reach box is not properly connecting to the router. We have spoken to several sky telephony agents who advise us to do the trouble shooting which we do and it still doesn't work. Open reach came out to do an external check on the 24th September and it shows to them as working but it isn't. I felt I spoke to a great telephony agent just a moment ago who has escalated it again, however an agent a couple of hours ago told me to plan for my work if my internet is not working and go to an office which is so rude and is not fixing the issue. Please get this fixed sky it's not on!

@SJ2026
If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community, which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here.

It's worth clarifying that Sky broadband discussed here is a domestic service and whilst Sky are apparently fine with its customers working from home using it for this purpose they won't receive any additional or quicker support which is possibly what the agent was pointing out.
