Go back to Sky say thecfault is still present so they can try again. .

Wi-Fi keeps getting dropped randomly. Doesn't work on any phone home or even on tv. The diagnostic test returns and no issues found. Although an engineer had visited and fixed a part fibre issue in the building and he had marked it as completed and nothing has been fixed. How do I get this fixed. We end up using mobile data. Sky customer support is non existent

Same problem. Had my wifi dropping randomly every other day and Sky says it's always an openreach problem. I think this is the 4th incident we faced last 3-4 weeks and now it just happened again. Sky customer service is non existent
