You need to investigate Altnets such as Virgin Media or perhaps satellite or mobile 4G/5G broadband alternatives if there's no plans to upgrade your line to FTTP.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Very very poor. Service from Sky</title>

      <description>My broadband is very slow always with a guarantee speed of 11mbs, the speed dropped down to 3mbs a month ago and it took 3.5 weeks to be resolved for this i was given £10 of my bill, f 4 engineers have been out to fix the problem It has been 1 week since the last engineer and now the seed has dropped AGAIN, spent over an hour yesterday talking to sky. And they are going to send an engineer out to fix the problem. This morning, I get a message saying, the problem had been fixed. &lt;P&gt;Unfortunately that's a really poor speed even for a legacy copper circuit, and would tend to suggest the line is highly vulnerable to further degradation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
