We recently upgraded to 500 because we were having problems with the wifi. Not only are we having the same problems but they seam to have got worse. My Wife works from home and keeps getting cut off whist having inportant conversations on via her computer. it coms up that she is not connected to the internet. this also happens to the ring doorbell and whilst streaming via the TV.

Hi @MAW66

Upgrading your line speed often wont solve exisiting issues because the issues you are facing are local WiFi related ones rather than bandwidth. What is the signal strength like on the devices that are having issues? You may need a booster to increase coverage.
