    <description>&lt;P&gt;We recently moved and had sky broadband and sky streaming in the new home. &amp;nbsp;Previously we had starlink&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have noticed a bad 'lag' in response time &amp;nbsp;especially on our phones that we never had oreviously&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also have an issue that our sky go app connected mentions sky q etc when we have streaming ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm also receiving lag. Keeps going from 900mbps upload to 9mbps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reset the router twice, changed cables, ran the checks on the app and nothing has helped. App is saying it's all good when it's not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4789752"&gt;@Longboat&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;there is a new SkyGo app designed for use with Sky Stream so check out your app store. The old app remains for Sky Q customers&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you issues to do with bandwidth or delays with loading sites? The former can be solved by adding extenders etc. The latter cannot I have&amp;nbsp;seen multiple posts of increased latency recently so suspect Sky have issues affecting some connections and not others including my own. You can often sort these odd faults by powering down your hub forcat least an hour as that should change the server connection at Sky's end and hopefullybget one thst is behaving normally.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
