I had engineer out this morning and they have told me I need a new WiFi router and the wires with it. The problem is the router and I can't access the WiFi.

@Shakela1 you need to talk to Sky but note this is a frequent comment by engineers when they cannot fix an issue and want to get out of the door so it may not be the solution.

However I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
