An orange internet light means the hub has lost its connection to the exchange. In you have a parial fibre connection brief line drops can be caused by changing line conditions. The systems managing the line will be working to stabilise the line but thst can take axweek or so. You can call Sky and reportvthe issue whetger they can get anything done will depend on the number of drops and how long they have been going on.

Full fibre lines should not drop in this way.
