When I have followed all the steps, I get a pop up saying, ' This special offer is for members only' and a message saying ' You have reached the maximum enrolments allowed'. I contacted Norton, and after an age and countless questions, their operator said I need to get a product key from Sky. Getting through to a human at Sky is almost impossible. The virtual assistant just wants to refer me to the online help.

No. Even after complaints Sky were unable to help me or suggest any way to make progress. I actually tried again a few days ago. Exactly the same outcome.. Strange way to run a service. For a communications company, Sky are really poor in their communications.

Just wondered if the OP or anyone else had success with the Norton sign-up process.

I followed the redemption process but at the final stage when you enter your payment details (presumably required in case you decide to extend the subscription beyond the trial period) I entered the wrong CVC number for my credit card (my mistake). That caused the redemption process to fail. When I went back to try it again I got the "You have already reached the maximum enrolments allowed" message and it no longer offers the free trial. Obviously the system thinks I have previously signed up successfully and my "enrollment token" has expired.

Can anyone help please?
