    <description>&lt;P&gt;No connection to the hub... lets fix it...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Run through all the light checking...tests the broadband...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"OOps that didnt work, we are having some problems and our tests are not available"..... and has been like this since about 7am&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So about a month after the last 6 day Fibre outage... wake up this morning to see im without Fibre again... this time with a nice red light on the LOS indicator on the openreach box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Of course ive done all the troubleshooting and advice, and of course i cant speak to a real human. Been down since 1:30am according to the app. All these issues have started since upgrading to the top band of fibre.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
