topic Poor WiFi signal in Broadband

We regularly experience poor connection, WiFi drops out and there are multiple rooms in the house that get so little coverage we have to switch to 5g. The ring doorbell and camera constantly log low signal and sometimes you can be stood next to the box with poor coverage.

Hi @ArenPurdie
If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t actually talking to Sky by posting on here.

If you already have 'Wi-Fi Max' or now choose to purchase it as an add-on (currently £6 a month I believe), Sky will loan you up to 3 booster pods. Call Sky to arrange the first one.

Additional pods then require an engineer visit to check your set up, https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
