Royal Mail return label not working

I didn't ask for a new router but agreed to help their new upgrade. Now they're threatening to finr me if I don't return the router. I can't get the Royal Mail return label to print. Cant get an answer from the Bot. Can't speak to a human. And nearest post office miles away. I need a label as for Royal Mail to pick it up from my house.

What happens when you dial 150 from your Sky Talk landline (apart from maybe a queue)?
