Assuming the booster came from Sky as part of the WiFi Max bundle call Sky again and report your issues. They should arrange for an engineer to come out to check your set up who can authorise up to 2 more extenders.

When I log in to my sky app it says connection from sky to my hub is poor.

Weve been given a booster due to slow speed and signal dropping out in certain areas of the house but it's still dropping and I only got given 1 booster which doesn't cover both areas where the signal drops.

the speed is poor considering I've paid for the top speed package and my teams doesn't stay connected in work and my phone drops out all the time.
