Sky Hub not working

My sky hub is not working and saying it is not connected i have reset the wifi and tried to reconnect i have turned the hub off at the wall and waited 5min then turned it back on i have reconnected to the wifi box nothing seems to work

What lights are showing on your hub?

Have you ran the line test on the My Sky app?

Hi Mark

The hub is saying no Internet connection yet phones and other hubs still work.

Yeah ive used the test on the app says all devices are working

Thats odd. Are all your devices not connecting or just some?
