I had the BT Openreach confirmation that the line is active on the 8th, but the hub has still not activated, constantly flashing orange. Hub info on the App is also wrong. Serial number doesn't match the one on the bottom of the router, and it says connection is good and there are multiple devices connected. Frustrating that I cant discuss this with a human being.
