It is only relevant if you have an existing servicecyou want to switch. There could be a delay if the last tenant has not moved the service to their new address. If stuck give Sky a call.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just moved to a new rental home and want to go with sky for my broadband, on the app try and add broadband to my package, but when I tell it the current provider, in this case talk talk, it asks for the account name and number, which I do t know, the landlord doesn't know either, it won't let me proceed without this info apparently , anyone know a way round it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
