My Sky Max Hub was installed in the wrong place and I need to be moved to the right place. How can I do this.

If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t actually talking to Sky by posting on here.

Did you not mention it to the engineer when it was set up?

Yes I did ask for the Sky Max Hub to be installed in a different location but the engineer on the day told me it could not be installed anywhere but the location he choosed. I had a fault with the hub and another engineer arrived and told me that the hub was in a bad location and it should have been installed in the location I initially asked for.

Then you need to contact Sky and request it be moved and inform Sky an engineer has told you this.

I did ask Sky to move the hub and told them what the engineer said but they want me to pay for the job.
