I have isolated the fault to my Sky Max Pod. My Sky Gigafast+ Hub provides stable internet when the Pod is unplugged. When the Pod is connected, devices associate with the Wi-Fi but eventually lose internet access while remaining connected. The My Sky app continues to report the Pod as Online. I have restarted and repositioned the Pod and tested it close to the Hub, with the same result. Please test the Pod/backhaul provisioning and replace the Max Pod if necessary.
