topic WiFi issues in Broadband

I've been having intermittent issues with my sky broadband for a few weeks. Randomly just drops out and my hub lights are green for power and WiFi but flashing orange for internet. Internet intermittently drops out for hours at a time but then resumes like there's no issue. Sky diagnostics sometimes say there is no issue in my area or with my connection but this time has said it needs an engineer. It said this last week too but resumed as normal the next morning before I could book an engineer.

I have tried all the usual diagnostic tools of resetting/power off at mains/checked master socket etc but to no avail.

Any advise in the meantime whilst I wait for an engineer to arrive this week?

Thanks

@Bennett08 unfortunately there is nothing you can do as it sounds like an intermittent line fault. Indeed the engineer msy struggle if the fault is not active when they check the line.
