It means my sons's gaming and our watching tv/streaming is constantly failing and having to be reset. It's showing as connected when I did the WiFi checker on the app but something is clearly faulty. I'm guessing it's the box?! Can an engineer come out to check it? I pay for boost and this is not acxeptable, it's been happening for a week now.
