    <description>&lt;P&gt;i started a new broadband contract wit sky in August and find that&amp;nbsp; speed measurement over the last week have been 32 51 and a maximum of 80 m&amp;nbsp; download speeds my contract is for speeds up to 150 .. I find it impossible to watch live action programmes and require urgent action by sky to correct this matter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4781920"&gt;@TR34&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; How are you measuring the speeds, on an ethernet enabled device or over wifi?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;What speed is being reported as being received at the hub in the mysky app?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also this is a customer helps customer community, if there are any faults there are no Urgent&amp;nbsp; fixes as you're a domestic customer and are tied to the SLA's it carries.&amp;nbsp; Faults once reproted have a fix SLA of 2 working days (does not include weekends or public holidays)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
