Hello, My current Sky contract is due to end in November, and I would like to cancel my current account and set up a new broadband account in my mother’s name. My mother receives Pension Credit, and we have recently found out that she may be eligible for a discounted broadband tariff (social tariff) because of this. Could you please explain what I need to do to: 1. Cancel my current contract when it ends in November. 2. Set up the broadband service in my mother’s name. 3. Apply for the discounted broadband tariff based on her Pension Credit. Please let me know what information or documents are required and whether there would be any additional fees or a new contract period. Thank you.
