I recently missed a payment due to bank fraud activity on my account. It took a while to get this sorted as it happened while I was away on holiday. I have paid my sky bill and everything is showing as being paid with no outstanding balance and when I run the test for my internet it says everything is okay.

The box on the wall shows 3 green lights, and the router shows a white light as usual but when I try to connect with any device it does so but states no internet connection.
is this usual in these circumstances and takes a while to come back to normal or is there coincidentally also a fault my end since returning from holiday?

From what you have said regarding the lights it doesn't appear to be a billing issue so if you reboot your broadband hub by leaving it off for 5 minutes before powering back up do your devices now work ?
