We have Sky Fibre 150 for nearly 2 years and lately things have been hit and miss so I have an engineer coming out next week but today our phones and computer are getting no more than 4mbps but sky say no problem in the area, with my broadband or devices.

We have a hub max downstairs and booster upstairs, competer and one phone connected to the booster and my phone to the hub and both having the same issue.

I'm debating resetting the hub, any advice how to do this properly? Or what else would be causing this.
