Deduction debit

This month i receieved a auto debit for sky broadband 25£ but at the moment i dont dont any broadband installed. I just move to new flat. Previous flat broadband was already cancelled since 4th september. How is that possible to get any deduction if im not using any sky service

Yes, i have place but i was told by the customer service. Sky is not applicable in my area. Doesnt make sense to me.

Nor me so if you are sure that is is Sky that has taken this payment you will have to call them again about this.

@caesarome Could it be a final payment due during the notice period? OP suggested he/she might have been with Sky previously?
