New Max Hub blocking work VPN - Need MAP-T disabled

I upgraded to the white Sky Max Hub today and my corporate VPN has stopped working. My old black hub worked perfectly. I have already tried enabling UPnP and it did not resolve the issue. Please can a moderator escalate my line to the Network Team to have MAP-T completely disabled?
