If that doesn't help and you have positively excluded issues with other devices using the link poer down the hub for 60 minutes which should change the server connection at Sky's end.       <title>High packet loss</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Issue started earlier today and progressively getting worse.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have verified with continuous pings that my local router latency is under 1 ms with 0% packet loss. The loss persists on an idle wired network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My connection is dropping 30%+ of packets directly at my first external hop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything's been rebooted properly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
