      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had a message saying my appointment for the engineer to come out and install the Wi-Fi has been cancelled,I've ring up the helpline but all it did was send to check my broadband connection.well I don't have one,so what do I do ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
