I have just started using the wifi max and the speeds are shows 0.74! When i plug my old block router in i get nearly 300! Please can you help?

I have the same problem, am suppose to get around 400/500mbps but when I do a speed test on my phone through a app, it only gives me 30/60 mbps, but when I go to do a speed test on my xbox am getting about 250mbps. Surely sky can resolve this problem?

@Kamicozzy WiFi speeds depend on the layout of your home and how it is built.Therefore different devices in different places can get widely differing speeds.
