Poor connection

Hello,

Since I've moved to Sky Broadband the connection in my house is terrible. We struggle to work from home because the connection is so unreliable for conference calls. The TV in our kitchen frequently stops working because of poor connection, it's not very far from the router.

I've done the test online and it says the connection is fine, but it's terrible.
