I've tried to restart modem and wifi, I've ran all the checked on your website but it seems that I can't do anything to fix it. &lt;P&gt;You are talking to other Sky customers via here and not Sky so what was the result of the line test you ran, did that not pick up on an external issue ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
