topic WiFi Cutting in Broadband

Simple as, wifi cuts out every few hours during the day and at night it goes off maybe every 10-20 minutes? It's on my Computer and my Phone, it's so frustrating I never had issues when I was with a different company.

It feels like they drop the consistency throughout the night to save their money but I have no clue. I've reset the router and done all the usual checks but it's getting beyond a joke now.
