The staff in my place don't "do" technology.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A normal reboot just involves the equipment restarting without disconnecting the power.&amp;nbsp; A power cycle is a full restart by turning the power off and back on again.&amp;nbsp; Usually best to give it a couple of minutes between turning off and turning on again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
