If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;none of our services will work, we have tried multiple channels and they start playing for a number of seconds then pause and won't continue, Netflix won't load so we are unable to use the services at all currently&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
