If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.

If you already have 'Wi-Fi Max' or buy it as an add-on Sky will loan you up to 3 booster pods. Call Sky again to arrange the first one.

Additional pods then require an engineer visit to check your set up, https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
