Fibre cable vandalism

The cable that goes from inside my house to outside along the wall down an alleyway is only 4 foot off the ground and has been ripped off the wall my broadband has been acting up and it's a potential choking hazard to public

Have you reported this to Sky so they can inform Openreach or Cityfibre ?

I tried the chat help but it won't connect me to a human I can't call them as I'm deaf 😂 is there another way of sorting the issue out. Thanks

If you get yourself registered with Sky's accessibility team there will then be additional contact options that will be there for you to use that do not involve calling:
