Internet routers can develop faults, but it's much more likely to be an external issue in the circuit delivering broadband to the address.

Hello

I cannot connect to my Internet. Sky line test shows it as working normally but still no connection. Two lights on the box are green but the internet light is amber. Do you think the box is faulty? If so how do I get e new one?

Thanks. The Sky test says it is all working as it should but cannot find our hub. Does that affect your response. You also listed several hubs. If I decide to replace the box with a non-sky one does it affect the services I receive?
