      <description>&lt;P&gt;No internet for 4 days&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I use the service checker it tells me it will be fixed in 2 days&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tells me there is an outage in my area but asking around I appear to be the only one effected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You might want to read that again: the boilerplate message includes the word 'usually'.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's a generic reference to the Openreach two day&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;target&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;for domestic fault resolution (which unfortunately doesn't include weekends or Bank Holidays) and isn't specific to your particular circumstances at all.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Openreach reports to Ofcom that they meet this target for around 85% of faults, so the wording is both mathematically correct and potentially very misleading.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
