The box is located on the middle floor. The TV on ground floor cuts out constantly and often wont connect at all. And I work from home on the top floor and this keeps cutting out when making calls using WiFi.&nbsp;<BR />I was told on the phone when purchasing Sky Broadband that I could request my free boosters once the WiFi box had arrived.&nbsp;<BR />Please can you send over the two boosters.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>thank you!
