    <description>I have been having problems with everything connected to wifi it is so slow I have to use my 4G on phone to make it quicker as I have been trying to do online banking at home and it takes for ever to go through and the hub I jad before which was black I had no trouble I also like playing on line games and I can't get on to any of them and it's frustrating im paying for a wifi that doesn't really work my contract is coming to an end it it is not resolved I will me closing my account and finding a new on.. now I've been with sky in total 26 years and always had things sorted I'd rather stay with sky but if I can't get what I need then things need to change many thanks</description>
