No access to certain sites

Hi.

One of my hosting platforms has suddenly become innaccessable.

They say that its because of the following.

Yes, it is possible that you may be able to access the FTP account when using the same IP address from a different network. However, we have identified that our shared server IP range appears to be blocked or restricted by your ISP, Sky UK Limited.

We kindly recommend contacting your ISP and asking them to check whether they are restricting or filtering our shared server IP range:

88.150.137.20/24

This has been working with no issues until today.

Can I configure my router to allow connection to this site?

No: it isn't a router-level issue.

Using a VPN is potentially a work-around.
